Hi Sharon - Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm really excited about

changing my ways and improving my health. Thanks for the tips on the

recipes - I'll definitely check them out! I ordered the " You Are What

You Eat " book and received it today. Quite an eye opener! I also

ordered the cookbook and will let you know what I think once I have

read through it and tried a few recipes.
