Hi - Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Dolly and I've been

looking for information on how to make changes in my diet to include

healthier foods. I've seen the show on BBC " You Are What You Eat, " and

it makes a lot of sense to me. Has anyone here been on that meal plan,

and if so, how was it?

 

I'll be reading the files and posts and trying to catch up with you

all. I'm glad to have found the group!
