Guest guest
I love making homemade stock and was looking the wonderful recipes in the files. Any recipes for the left over vegetables? Should they be pureed into soup? or maybe dried and then crumbled?
Guest guest
Are they bits, or a left over carrot or two and stalk of celery, that type? We have a lot of broth and stock recipes in the files or you can dice trhem up and add to beans in the crockpot or even spaghetti sauce. Grate them raw on top of a salad.
