Asparagus Drop Cookies/Sharon - no no no

Sharon,

When my nephews were smaller, this was the only way they ate green

veggies. Loved the things. Today, its the only way they eat asparagus.

(Middle Western heathens!!!)

Try it darling, you'll love them.

Just watch the baking time. They dry out quickly.

I'll have to take your word for it, Chupa. I can't eat such sweets. :-)

 

I am certainly aware of " hiding " pureed veggies in foods, but

Asparagus?!?!? Next you'll be telling me it's Artichokes. :-D
