Vegan soy cheese- vegetarian gimme lean sausage laternative

Hi there

 

We tried making pizzas from vegan soy cheese. We also used gimme lean

sausage laternative. the sausage was pretty grim- but we learned to

crubmle it and cook till crispy, way longer than instructions suggested

and tased ok. The cheese however was tasteless (unles you count soy

aftertase as good).

 

 

I like the idea of soy chesse, esp as I am trying to slim- but it

tastes awful. Any one had one that was good?

Do you mind sharing the brand name of what you bought that you didn't like, it

would be helpful to have the pros and cons of all the brands.
