Guest guest
For those of you who grow your own sprouts - do you feel the need to was them, or do you take them directly from the growing container to your plate? Thanks, Mike
Guest guest
If it's small sprouts like alfalfa I usually soak them in water and then spin them in a salad spinner just to get rid of the seed cases but mung bean sprouts I pick off the seed cases by hand and just throw the sprouts straight into the stirfry or whatever I'm cooking.
