Or you can also buy it already reconstituted in the freezer section

called Crumbles. Google TVP and you will find a lot of information.

Some of the Bac O's bits are non-meat, I don't cook with them, they

urn food pink, they aren't TVP. Best to use those on top of salads

but read the ingredients.
