Guest guest Posted April 4, 2008 Report Share Posted April 4, 2008 Garlic Dip This spicy dip tastes great smoothered onto hot bread, or you can drip onto your salad! 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin or Classic is best, but it doesn't matter that much 2 to 3 cloves garlic A bunch parsely, dried or fresh A drop or 2 lemon juice Pour olive oil into food processor or blender. Mince garlic and add to olive oil. Process for a minute. Add drop or two of lemon juice. Process for a bit. Add parsely - and process another minute. Pour into a small plasic storage dish. Set aside for a half-hour, then it's ready to eat! Serve on hot, homemade bread or challah. ______________________________\ ____ You rock.
