Hi Group,

My name is Carrie, I have been a vegetarian since November. I

absolutely love it. I would like to broaden my horizons and try new

vegetables. Would love to see your recipes and excited to try them. I

do not have any of my own though. There is a mexican restaurant that

served vegetarian tacos and a burrito. They were so good, so I would

love to have some recipes that are for one person as well as something

that I can feed my family when they want to broaden their horizons

also. My family is not vegetarian, so I am going it alone. I don't

have much trouble with that at all, haven't looked back and haven't

wanted to go back. I am happy to get to know all of you.

Welcome Carrie. My family isn't vegetarian either, so I know where

you are coming from. I do know that my family eats alot more veggies

than most, so that's a start.
