called soy curls. I rehydrate them in a vegetarian chicken style seasoning and

Chili without meat (use the tvp instead of the meat), tacos (use taco

seasoning), bolognese spaghetti sauce, many possibilities.

 

TVP is dried so you have to hydrate it, but remember, it is tasteless,

very bland, so what I do is hydrate it with a seasoning mix. One

thing I like about it is that it is not perishable, it has a very long

shelf life.
