Kendall,

There are several levels of vegetarianism.

An Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian consumes eggs, and dairy, but no animal meat.

There's also Lacto-Vegetarian. No eggs, but yes to dairy.

Vegan - no animal by-products. No eggs, dairy, honey, etc.

Hope this helps clarify a bit!

are not the same thing. It is my understanding that Vegens do not consume any

Dairy, Milk, Eggs Animal Products, Animal fat/oils. Vegetarians do some of the

same but they do consume Milk, Dairy, Eggs and oils.

vegetarian list.....actually, scratch that........ why would any cheese need to

be listed separately? What would make cheese non-vegetarian - I am out of the

loop here I guess....... I have not cut out any cheese...... yikes...I am little

afraid to find the answer to my question.... .....
