The " C's " cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, chervil,

chives, cayenne, crushed red pepper flakes, and then

garlic powder, herbs de provence, mustard seeds, and a

wonderful blend from Penzey's called Sunny Paris and

that goes in or on almost everything I cook.

I would have to say that dill, oregano, garlic powder, basil, parsley,

basil, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, cilantro, and black pepper are my

favorites to use. Many of the above I prefer fresh but when in a pinch,

I do have dried herbs/seasonings also and then most of them I have in

bigger containers that I buy at GFS Marketplace.
