Guest guest Posted March 31, 2008 Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 @@@@@ Tofu Feta Pie 8 saltine crackers, crushed 2 Tbsp butter 1 large red onion, sliced 1 lb.firm tofu, crumbled 2 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari 8 saltine crackers, crushed 8 oz feta cheese 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup apple juice Preheat oven to 350F/175C. Grease a pie plate. Spread crushed saltines in pie pan. Melt butter in skillet. Saute red onion in skillet until soft. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle crumbled tofu over onions. Sprinkle soy sauce over onions. Mix crushed saltines,and water with feta. Sprinkle over tofu mixture in pie pan. Sprinkle apple juice over pie to moisten. Bake 30 minutes or until golden.
