I'm going to try the apple juice recipe and freeze it - see what

happens!

 

I made mayo this week and it was amazing! From our recipe folder. I'm

worrie dabout it going bad and there's no way I'm eating 250 ml of mayo

in a week... I noticed we have a recipe where you sue soft tofu

instead of the egg, anyone try that? Do you think ti would keep

longer?
