Guest guest Posted March 27, 2008 Report Share Posted March 27, 2008 @@@@@ Lemon Herb Hummus 2 large zucchini, peeled and cut into large pieces 1 large avocado 1/4 C raw tahini juice of 3 lemons 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, soaked for 1-2 hours 1/4 C pine nuts, (or you can can use an additional 1/4 C sunflower seeds) 1/4 C olive oil 4 fresh basil leaves (or 1 1/2 tsp. dried) 1 stem fresh dill, (or 1 1/2 tsp. dried) full stem 2 T. honey 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1/2 tsp. minced garlic Drain the sunflower seeds. Combine all ingredients in a vitamix or high-powered blender*. Process until smooth.
