Guest guest Posted March 27, 2008 Report Share Posted March 27, 2008 @@@@@ American-Style Tofu Hummus with Dill 1 (29-oz) can garbanzo beans (chick peas) 1 (12.3-oz.) package extra-firm silken tofu 4 tsp. minced garlic 4 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. dried dill 1/2 tsp. cumin 2-4 Tb. canola oil, (optional) 1. Blend ingredients until smooth. 2. Serve, chilled, with toasted bagels, pitas or crackers. Refrigerate if storing for 10-14 days.
