Guest guest Posted March 27, 2008 Report Share Posted March 27, 2008 It is! I loaned it to my daughter once and she set it on fire and returned it somewhat worse for the wear, but I still use it. People laugh when they see a cookbook burned and singed and blackened, so I usually keep it tucked away until I want it. I love the simple seitan/Gluten cooking broth. It makes the best soup stock.
