Guest guest Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 @@@@@ SOY CAESAR SALAD DRESSING - Carbohydrates: 2g Fiber: 0g 2 oz. cubed Parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic 2 Tbsp. spicy mustard 1-1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar 1-1/2 tsp. vegetarian Worcestershire sauce Pinch of salt Pinch of freshly ground black pepper 1 cup Mori-Nu Silken Soft Tofu 1 Tbsp. olive oil In a blender or a food processor starting on low speed, chop the cheese gradually, increasing the speed; add the garlic until minced. Add the next 6 ingredients until smooth. While the blender is running, add the olive oil, adding more or less until mixture reaches dressing consistency.
