Mori-Nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu 1/2 cup white miso 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion 2 cloves garlic 1/4 tsp. Turmeric 3 tbs. Olive oil 2 Tbsp. brown rice vinegar Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with chips or veggies, or use as salad dressing.
