Guest guest
I think I could cheerfully live on split pea soup for the rest of my natural life.? This sounds like a keeper.? Will probably try it this weekend.? Thanks for sharing! TM
Guest guest
I so love this split pea soup recipe, that I keep neglecting to make Donna's Yellow Submarine soup nor the other yummy split pea soup recipes I've seen posted. This one has the chewiness of the barley and the yumminess of the spices that keep me coming back over and over. I will warn you that it becomes very thick the next day, so you just add water. Guest guest
The Yellow Submarine soup recipe in the files isn't accessible - Donna? Could you repost (or is it someplace else? I found it under hot soups). Does it contain yellow split peas perchance? (I like them better than green split peas!)
