Guest guest Posted March 23, 2008 Report Share Posted March 23, 2008 Banana Date Nut Salad in Pastry 4 frozen puff pastry shells 2 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices 8 dates, pitted and chopped 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp. lemon juice Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Combine bananas, dates and walnuts in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss. Just before serving, spoon fruit mixture into baked puff pastry shells. Makes 4 servings.
