Guest guest
Our Japanese restaurant use to make use Seaweed soup when we were feeling bad. It was the best and made with water. We have been veggies since 1991 and we have not been ill with flu or anything. " Knock on wood " . We do not take any medications except aspirin. Our doctor knows this and supports us. We eat all organic when we can get it and grow our own. We are both over 60. If you buy oranges get organic. They do not cost that much more.
