Guest guest Posted March 20, 2008 Report Share Posted March 20, 2008 Pumpkin Stuffing 1/2 cup pumpkin 1/2 cup chopped cooked spinach 1 1/4 cup ricotta cheese 1/3 cup grated parmesan or dry Jack or peccorino 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg salt and papper Mix ingredients.
