Guest guest
My favorite sprouting jar is a the quart size glass canning jar. A Veganaise jar any wide mouth glass jar will also work. Make sure you buy seeds for sprouting only or your own untreated seeds. Rinse the seeds, place them in the jar, cover with a piece of cheese cloth and place in a warm, dark area. Top of the fridge works great. Some seeds will sprout overnight others might take a couple days. Rinse your seeds and sprouts each day with filtered or distilled water. You can store them in the fridge for a couple days but it's best to have some always sprouting. By the way kids just love these 'baby sprouts' and so does this Grams. I love them in salads,sandwiches/wraps. Deanna in Colorado
