Guest guest Posted March 20, 2008 Report Share Posted March 20, 2008 @@@@@ Mediterranean: Spicy Moroccan Glaze 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/3 cup lime juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1 clove garlic, minced In a small bowl combine all ingredients until well blended. Pour over [favorites]. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Grill or broil [favorites], brushing with glaze during last 10 to 15 minutes of cooking. Cook [favorites] at least 5 minutes after last brush with glaze. Makes about 1 cup.
