I don't eat anything but butter and olive oil and my

cholesterol is low. My sister uses Errth Balance and

hers is high. Could be just our genetics but it makes

me wonder. My Grandparents on both sides lived on

butter and they all lived to be in their 90's with no

cholesterol problems. I'm never giving up my butter.

I can't stand eggs and have cow's milk allergy and eat

a sprinkle of parmesan now and then and that's about

it, so I don't feel I'm in any danger. Flavor is

everything to me.

I've been smiling lately, dreaming about the world as one.

And I believe it could be someday, it's going to come.

Understandable.....for sure. Ahhh, flavor...makes

me think of a funny story my former mother-in-law

(she celebrated her 90th birthday in January) told

me about butter. She told me one time that she

didn't eat butter.....it tasted like a cow had stepped

in the pail of milk with a dirty hoof. Now that sounded pretty yucky

to me but then I don't think I have ever tasted butter

that reminded me of a cow's dirty hoof. Dolores had some

fairly strange ideas about things, but I still love her.
