Guest guest
Terri, You know what?? I forgot!! I have used Agave nectar years ago. I had tried a stint in the " Raw Food movement " . While I did enjoy many of the recipes ( I bought a book), I found that I missed " hot " food. lol. I realize it is very healthy because it is as close to natural as you can get it but, I grew up with hot food and while I can sometimes adapt and adjust, I just haven't gotten back on the " raw food wagon " Jeannie nancihank <nancihank wrote: I bought some and really like it but have not used it for cooking. Nancy C. Jeannie, Have you tried agave nectar? It is sweeter than cane/beet sugar, and has a lower glycemic level (not sure whether I said that right), better for diabetics . ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ .·´ -:¦:- Terri -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´
