agave nectar and raw

Terri,

 

You know what?? I forgot!! I have used Agave nectar years ago. I had tried a

stint in the " Raw Food movement " . While I did enjoy many of the recipes ( I

bought a book), I found that I missed " hot " food. lol. I realize it is very

healthy because it is as close to natural as you can get it but, I grew up with

hot food and while I can sometimes adapt and adjust, I just haven't gotten back

on the " raw food wagon "

Have you tried agave nectar? It is sweeter than cane/beet sugar, and

has a lower glycemic level (not sure whether I said that right),

better for diabetics :).
