Guest guest
Robyn and Jeannie (and whoever) http://www.suzannes-specialties.com is the website for this stuff (800.762.2135) now that I'm looking at my tub of it... hopefully I don't get tempted to stick my finger in it for a nibble. Buying it off the website, it's $5.25, but they also list Whole Foods as being a place to buy it. I see they also have strawberry rice mellow! Mmmmmm From googling ricemellow, I got this link that sells it for $4.25 http://store.foodfightgrocery.com/ricrfl.html Read the description... it's funny! They have a load of neat vegan food on that site. I'm sure you can keep looking at other sites, though for cheaper. I went to WHole Foods and they said it's been discontinued and since they bought out WIld Oats, it's really nonexistent now. I'm bummed because I found a good carrot cake recipe online that calls for it, so now I'll have to order it online and wait for it to come in the mail. Thanks for the tip on the Sweetandsara stuff. I'm going to look for that brand in my area. -robyn , Shameless Flirt wrote: > > Rice Mellow (like marshmellow fluff)! I swear this stuff is WONDERFUL. It's vegan and pretty much made from brown rice syrup, but smells and tastes like marshmellows. I even tried it on a few non vegetarians who gave it the thumbs up and am trying it again tomorrow (but won't tell them). Slap some on toast with Better N Peanutbutter or use it in any recipe like putting on top of brownies or making rice krispie squares. Genuardi's has it in their natural foods section for $4 and I'm assuming natural foods stores would also have it. ---
