I just joined the group and already getting lots of new recipes. Dr. told me I

must go on a high fiber diet. I'm adding lots more fruits and veggies. Looking

for new and delicious ways to cook them. I need to try new veggies but don't

know how to prepare them. I hope the new eating program will also help in weight

loss. I won't call it as a diet as I always gain weight. Just striving for

maximum health. Thanks for all your recipes.
