Guest guest
This is the kind of sandwich that makes me wish I was not diabetic most of all.....I love potatoes. Oh, well.....just can't have everything......I could make it without the potatoes and it would be, I am sure, just as good! I love lettuce and tomato sandwhiches! My mom used to tell me about taking fried potato sandwiches to school when she was a little girl.....way ahead of her time, my grandmother was! Nancy C. This is my comfort food sandwich.
