I live in Houston. What part of texas are you in?

 

I just discovered 2 vegan restaurants!!! I love them. The food is so yummy.

My husband actually loves eating there.

My husband is a meat eater. I am trying to convert him, I refuse to give up.

Saute the onion and mushrooms til caramelized. Simply spread A1 sauce over cut

sides of rolls. Place cheese on rolls. Divide mushrooms and onions amoung hoagie

rolls. Put top on and wrap in foil. Put in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.

Serve with a great side and you have a delicious meal! I hope you enjoy!

I am in Fort Worth. I have given up converting my husband. He calls

himself a part time vegetarian (as if there is such a thing) but I

guess I can settle for that. If he wants meat he has to get it and

cook it himself. There aren't really any veggie restaurants here. I

am going to Austin for the weekend and can't wait to have a feast.

There are so many options there. Let me know how your sammies work

out.
