Guest guest Posted March 18, 2008 Report Share Posted March 18, 2008 Dried Tomato Caper and Olive Dressing 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. dried tomatoes packed in oil; minced 1 tbsp. drained bottled capers; minced 1 tbsp. minced pitted drained Kalamata or other brine-curd black olives 2 tbsps. water or enough to thin dressing to desired consistency In a bowl whisk together all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
