This is one of those kithcen sink recipes, toss in anything, very forgiving. You could add a handful of minced bell pepper, a handful of minced onion (green, red, sweet), a handful of finely shredded cabbage. The list goes on!! Hope it works for you. Chupa This sounds really good to me....and thanks for the nutritional information. I divided the total carbs by 4 and there are only 28.5 gm. per serving.....that is great.....and with such a high fiber count....it is even better than great! And I love chick peas!
