Guest guest
I have tried to copy it, but with no success. I do prefer the lettuce wraps from Cheesecake Factory over the ones from PFChang's. I have not had them since going veg, but I am sure I could ask them to hold the chick and sub for extra cuc salad. The filling for the wraps at PF are minced, and has a rice-like texture (yuck!) I like having the sauces for lettuce wraps (peanut and spicy thai), so I usually saute the small cubes of tofu on high heat for the crunchy outside with some diced onions and peppers. Then shred carrots, use sprouts, and make a cuc/onion salad with Italian dressing. I am getting super hungry Cassie RAWKAW <rawkaw wrote: My husband said he got a lettuce wrap (he was visiting Nashville) and it was made with tofu....tasted like chicken and was delicious does anyone know how it was made....especially the tofu?
