Guest guest
Oh those guys can be spoil sports when it comes to our kitchen needs sometimes...... LOL Ok tell me how you use a paperclip to pit the cherries. I just pop the cherries in my mouth and eat them raw, and then take the pit from my mouth, politely(LOL). But I might just have to try your method sometime and would like to know your tips,, please. Thanks, Judy I've seen them. Paperclips work just great and much cheaper! That was what Doug did growing up and I had to admit it worked great. I really wanted a nice new cherry pitter for my kitchen gadget fixation. Party pooper! Guest guest
well my main tip involved eating as many as possible while letting DH and DD pit most of them. But it quickly became apparent we'd have fewer pies if this kept up. As I recall we unfolded the main bend of the paperclip and stuck it in right about the stem area and POP-ped it out. We did get juicy, but since we were sticking our hands in coolers of ice water to get cherries out anyway it seemed sort of a moot point. Amy **************It's Tax Time!
