Heat broth to boiling in 3-quart saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese; remove from heat. 2. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed; stir gently. Sprinkle each serving with cheese. I divided the total carbs by 4 and there are only 28.5 gm. per serving.....that is great.....and with such a high fiber count....it is even better than great! And I love chick peas! I might still cut down on the raisins a bit, but I want to make this one SOON! Thanks!! Nancy C.
