Finally saw the dietician yesterday/question

Is there a way to find a veggie minded dietician? I do not have any diagnosed

health conditions, but would like to get a hold of that veggie food pyramid and

some ideas on health option for my daughter and I. I do not trust her peds. on

this at all, and I do not have a gen physician for myself.

My cardiologist was a bit surprised to find that I was vegetarian, but last time

I saw him his prescription was " continue healthy vegetarian diet " . I was

pleased with that..

very good visit and I learned alot. She's also excited that I'm doing

I told her about this group and she was pleased that I'm a member and

have some support in between appointments.

 

So please be patient with me because I may need a shoulder or two to

lean/cry on.

 

I know I will be getting more exercise here because my busy parade

season starts tomorrow with the St. patty's day parade. I'm marching

with the Irishfest Bartender Brigade. Plus I'm starting to be

contacted by the festivals about bartending for them this summer until

first past of October.
