Guest guest Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 It depends on the taste you are looking for. A cow milk feta may be milder in taste...a sheep milk may have a sharper taste. Danish feta is smoother to me...I prefer sheep milk feta because that is what I am used to...I grew up eating the stuff because of my Greek heritage.
