Sweet Couscous

 

3 cups Skim or Soy Milk

3 Tbsp. Peanut Butter, Almond or Cashew Butter

1/2 cup Raisins, (Unsulfured)

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

2/3 cup Couscous

1/2 cup chopped Almonds

 

Bring milk, nut butter and raisins to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and

return to a gentle boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 10

minutes.

 

Makes 6 servings.Serving Size: 1 Serving (170g)
