Guest guest Posted March 9, 2008 Report Share Posted March 9, 2008 @@@@@ Quick Couscous Pudding 1/2 cup Couscous 1 cup Nonfat Milk 2 Tb Sugar 1/8 cup Raisins, (Unsulfured) 1 8-oz container Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt 1 pinch Cinnamon In a medium saucepan heat milk just to boiling. Combine the couscous, hot milk, sugar and raisins in a medium bowl; set aside 20 minutes or until the couscous absorbs all of the milk. Stir in the 8 oz. yogurt. Sprinkle the top of the pudding with cinnamon; serve warm or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. If pudding is not served within 2 or 3 hours, it may be necessary to stir in additional yogurt before serving.
