Guest guest Posted March 9, 2008 Report Share Posted March 9, 2008 Baby Bok Choy 8 baby bok choy 2 tablespoons butter, melted (I used olive oil) Poach the baby bok choy for 2 minutes in a large saucepan of boiling salted water. Strain; when the bok choy are cool enough to handle, cut them in half and press out any excess water. Place the halves on a baking sheet and brush with butter.
