Cajun Marinade & Baste 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup vinegar 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 teaspoon leaf oregano 1 teaspoon leaf thyme 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground hot red pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Combine all ingredients in jar with tight-fitting cover.
