Guest guest Posted March 6, 2008 Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 Spanish Spinach 1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and trimmed 1 tsp. olive oil 1/2 cup pine nuts 1/2 cup golden raisins 2 garlic cloves, crushed salt and ground black pepper, to taste Sauté spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Makes 4 servings. Calories 120, Fat 6 g, Carbs 13 g, Sodium 95 mg, Fiber 4 g.
