Guest guest
Beet Chips Wash beets and remove tops Slice thinly (like potato chips) Drop into heated deep fryer and fry till crisp like potato chips Salt and season to taste. You can also use Sweet Potatoes if you want. Great snack and side dish for veggie burgers.
Guest guest
If you use sweet potatoes, you can toss them in olive oil and back on the top shelf at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until crisp/not burnt. I don't have a deep fryer, so I try to bake most of the fryable items.
