Guest guest Posted March 4, 2008 Report Share Posted March 4, 2008 Hi, Hello my name is Michele and I tried to introduced myself a couple of days ago but I don't know what happened to my post. After a few years I no longer eat any type of red meat. However, I am trying to incorporate more vegetarian dishes into my diet then maybe i will shift to becoming a lacto-ovo vegetarian. I don't think giving up meat entirely will be very hard for me to do but I want to eat more wholesome foods that are not processed. And to also control my biggest weakness i.e. sweets, candy, pastries etc. Therefore I am looking for vegetarian meal ideas especially breakfast and snack ideas.
