Guest guest Posted March 3, 2008 Report Share Posted March 3, 2008 Garlic Garbanzo Snackies 2 19 oz. cans chickpeas 2 tbsps. olive oil 2 tbsps. finely minced garlic 12 sprigs fresh thyme salt fresh ground pepper Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Drain the beans and place them in a glass baking dish in a single layer. Drizzle with the oil, toss with your fingers to coat. Sprinkle evenly with the garlic and place the thyme over evenly.
