It was suggested that we follow a vegetarian diet during the 5 day course and I have decided to continue with it. I own 1 vegetarian cookbook but am definitely a beginner is this area. Your group sounds great...there's nothing like being able to ask questions! Thank you for letting me be a part of your group. I look forward to learning and sharing with all of you!
