Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with pita wedges. Makes 8 (2-tablespoon) servings Take a break from the Mexican version and go Italian tonight with a blend of finely diced tomatoes, Italian herbs, capers and crushed red pepper. Serve with pita wedges instead of the same old tortilla chips.
