Amanda's Greek Salsa

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 ounces Fetta Cheese

1/2 cup green onion

1/4 cup Ionian Olives -- or other cured black olives

2 tsp Olive oil

6 pepperoncini chiles

1/2 cup roma tomatoes -- chopped

1 tsp minced garlic

2 Grape leaves -- rinsed and dried

2 Purple Serrano Chiles

-- (or red serranos)

 

Chop and incoporate all the ingredients. Let sit 20 minutes before serving.

 

Yields approximately 1 1/2 cups
