Guest guest Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 @@@@@ Bruddah Jims Hawaiian COLD GINGER PESTO 1/2 cup light salad oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup green onions, minced 1/4 cup ginger, minced 2 Tbsp shallots, minced 1/4 cup lightly packed cilantro, minced 1/8 tsp white pepper 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped In a small saucepan heat oil, add salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Cool. Stir in ginger, green onions, cilantro, shallots, white pepper and macadamia nuts. Makes 1 cup.
